WINERY
...the art of wine
Grapes have always been ardently protected in this land where rows of vines have been trained up the sides of elm trees for centuries, lining the hillside landscape dotted with churches, farmhouses and abbeys. This fact is evidenced by the laws enacted in 1424 that testify to just how important this crop is to the area's economy.
Today, in a natural environment where the typical characteristics of Umbrian culture and its landscape remain intact, Rocca di Fabbri Estate has the privilege of making wine using only the grapes grown on the estate and, thanks to the close proximity between the vineyard and the winery, the grapes are processed as soon as they are harvested.
A privilege to use modern technologies in keeping with tradition and to age its wines in a naturally temperature-controlled environment under optimal conditions.
