Obtained from the temperature-controlled fermentation of Chardonnay grapes, which find an ideal growing environment on the breezy hills of Montefalco.
Its intense, fruity bouquet and light, natural effervescence allows it to be served throughout the entire meal or even on its own.

On the label: the wheel of fortune from a 16th-century fresco.
