Blend: 80% Sangiovese,
20% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo


System of growing: low spurred cordon


Plant density: 5,000 plants per hectare


Yield per hectare : 8,000 lt


Winemaking: low temperature skin contact
maceration for 16 hrsthen controlled temperature
fermentation in stainless steel


Refinement: in stainless steel tub, then two months
in bottle before going to the market


Colour : soft pink


Aroma: fruity bouquet with a pleasant feeling or
little red berries that join the softer onesof cherry
and pomegranate


Taste: very well balanced between a good acidity
and big salinity


Serving suggestions: perfect as aperitif,can be
paired very well with seafood appetizers, raw fish e
and vegetable based first courses
