Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with moraiolo' olives , grown in the hill country between Assisi and Trevi, at an ideal altitude of 350 metres, where olives can be grown without the use of pesticides.
The harvest is performed by hand from early November through the end of December.

The cold dripping method results in an oil that maintains the full fragrance of the olives with an extremely low acidity level.
The oil has an intense green colour and a pleasantly mild flavour.
